SOUL Training Booking Form

If you would like to receive training on how to use The SOUL Record, please use this form to book a place(s) on an Open User training course.

These courses costs £185 per person which will be invoiced when you book a place.

Please add your preferred training date from the list available on the left of this website page. If your preferred venue does not show an available date please leave this field blank and we will notify you as soon as a course is booked in your preferred area.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that should you cancel your place we reserve the right to make charges as follows:

1.      From the time of booking: £50
2.      5 - 10 working days before the course date: 50%.     
3.   Less than 5 working days before the course date: 100%

Please add any further details that you feel may be appropriate.

Please add the address/contact name for invoicing and state if you require a purchase order to be raised.
